Traditional Hog Roast

Slow roasted outdoor reared free-range Land race pig sourced from Little Dale in Lancaster cooked over flames and served with delicious apple sauce, piping hot sage and onion stuffing, seasoned golden crispy cracking all served on locally baked bread rolls and wraps (Gluten free rolls on request)

A Choice of any 3 salads.

Authentic Greek Salad

Greek salad freshly sourced from Bury market which includes a crisp and tender selection of market fresh baby leaf salad, sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese, mixed olives, seasoned with cracked black pepper, rock salt and drizzled with olive oil.

Tomato, Mozzarella and Basil Salad

Market fresh tomato and basil with authentic Italian mozzarella drizzled with balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil and seasoned with rock salt and cracked black pepper.

Seasonal Mixed Salad

A selection of market fresh baby salad leaves sliced red onion, cucumber, cherry tomatoes and finely sliced beetroot.

Gourmet Coleslaw

Thinly sliced market fresh cabbage, carrots, green onions seasoned with mayonnaise, mustard and vinegar dressing. A great accompaniment for hog roasts and BBQs.

Caesar Salad

Market fresh romaine lettuce leaves with crunchy croutons and topped with a rich and smooth parmigiana Reggiano cheese dressing.

Choose any 1 Dish from Our Potato Selection

Market fresh warm buttered new potatoes topped with freshly chopped parsley and seasoned with rock salt and cracked black pepper.

Roast potatoes with market fresh garlic, handpicked rosemary and seasoned with rock salt and black cracked pepper.

Roast potatoes with Spanish chorizo, market fresh red onion and seasoned with rock salt and cracked black pepper.

This service includes disposable plates and cutlery, trained staff to carve and serve, gazebo to serve under, any leftover meat to be served on a platter and all refuse taken away and disposed off site.

What About The Children?

We know that not all children are fans of a pork roll, we can provide hot dogs, salad & Potatos. Butchers free range sausage in a finger roll and an optional dollop of tomato sauce!
